Decofurn Boksburg 7 day return policy is BULL****!!

Decofurn Boksburg 7 day return policy is BULL****!! On the decofurn website they state that you can return products that are NOT deffective within 7 days. I just received a rejection email on my return submitted 5 days after delivery stating that they will not refund for the products as they are not defective. On the phone to the branch manager in Boksburg - she made it VERY CLEAR that 7 days return only applies to DEFFECTIVE Products!!! I have been using decofurn for years and I will never in my life go back there again!!! When you have to read a return policy to a manager of a branch as they do not even know what their own online website says - It can only go downhill from there.

Decofurn will never see me again!
