Decofurn bed

I bought a bed in September 2024 and started using in in November 2024. I noticed bed slots were small and not for queen bed size. I couldn't sleep on the bed because slots keeps coming out when climbing on it.

I went back in Dec 2024 and told them and they said I should send an email and they will send someone on following Monday to come and check it. And they did not send anyone or tell me why until I send an email to follow up and they had someone to come over a week later.

It was confirmed that slots are small and the guys went back and took 1 of the slot to show his boss. I was advised will be getting replacement of correct size and up until today am sitting with a bed that I bought but can not use. I've been following up and begging them to fix the problem and 2 weeks ago I was told slot are coming from cape Town and will get them Monday the 23rd Dec and Monday they kept quite. I followed up and I was told they were not delivered and I should give them till after holidays they will give me feedback.

If I keep quite I don't get any feedback or communication which makes me wondered if I'll ever get these slots or they just trying to get me off them. I've requested refund if they can't help but am not getting any help.

I'd never recommend they to anyone honestly. Service is very bad. When I asked guy why he came a week later to check the bed he said because they did nit have any deliveries to my side and they couldn't just drive to my place for nothing. How is them nit having deliveries this side my problem.

Am so ****ed, annoyed and disappointed. Am so frustrated coz I have a bed at home that I can not use and am sleeping on a mattress while they keep telling me stories.

What else do I have to do to be assisted or to get my money back. Today it's the 6th Jan 2025 and I wrote them an email coz they've been so quiet. And response i got is "as they told me previously I will get my slots once Capetown delivers. But cape Town did not deliver on the day they were supposed to and after I was not told what's gonna happen next.
