Decofurn BAD QUALITY FURNITURE STORE

I would like to make mention of the bad quality of lounge suite I bought from Decofurn. I paid R11500 for a Couch set made from Gia leather bonded leather and within 2 years it's started peeling tremendously. Which was unfortunately out of the warranty or gaurentee period. So I would like to warn people from purchasing furniture from Tham as their quality and workmanship sucks unfortunately. I spoke to the consultant and before purchasing the set he tokd me it should last 5years before it starts peeling... So I spent almost 12k for a set to last 2years. Madness I tell you. Really sad that companies rip people off with these type of terms. I email them to try and reach a compromise and they didn't even reply to my email. I sent it to 2 different branches and still no customer service even. From here on it I will be warning everyone against going to this store to safeguard against disappointments.
