Decofurn Are *******! Please give me my money back!

Probably the most disappointing company that I have ever dealt with! I ordered and paid for 2 office chairs a week ago. This was after being unable to purchasse online as their checkout wasn't working.

Neh sent me a proforma invoice, I paid the amount due which includes delivery a week ago and have not heard anything since!

I called them this morning to see what is going on and all I could get out of the lady I dealt with was that someone will get back to me. 3 hours later and still nothing.

I would like an immediate refund and will never be dealing with you again. You have taken my money and have failed to deliver the goods you promised. That is called theft! You said that they were in stock so there is no reason for non-delivery.
