Decofurn Amarosa worst experience

The worst ever experience. Went to their showroom in West Rand, got there and their sales person added 2 items that I never said I wanted! Paid and realised when I got home! Called them and explained and they said they will credit!

Day of the delivery! I was called to say I need to add more money for delivery because they made a mistake in calculating the KM, asked them why am I told now, they said if I don’t add then they will deliver! Later they called me and said it’s fine.

Follow up I went to the store again to do a refund and it’s been now 8days without my refund! When I called them they tell me, they only process refunds on Tuesday and Friday! Mind you when I went to the store for a refund! It was a Monday! Why was I not told about this?

Called them and they were transferring me from 1 consultant to the next consultant and I still don’t have an answer about my refund.
