Decofurn a myth...

3 Weeks ago, I ordered and paid for furniture online. Was prepared to wait for a mattress that took a bit longer but nothing was mention about anything else that I ordered. After 3 weeks, then they didn't have the desk and chair I ordered an the excuses kept pouring in. No one came back to me with a solution to their problems, wen u call they put u on hold for ages until you drop the call. The ladies at Admin, Michelle and Monique respond with so much arrogance and no solution. I only wish I had read the Rev ewa before I made my purchase. It's really sad what the customer service standard has become in South Africa.
