Decofurn 10 December 2019: No delivery

I bought a couch on the Decofurn website on the 2nd of December 2019. I called on the 5th requesting information when I should expect delivery and the lady was very rude and hung up on me. I have been calling the national call centre and all the stores in the Cape Town area with no luck and assistance. I still have not received the couch and I still do not know when to expect delivery. I’m honestly very disappointed.
