Decofurm do NOT care about loytal customers

I ordered the incorrect chair set, very similar to the more expensive set i intended to purchase. My friend assembled the chairs in my absence as i was away I came back and realized they are the incorrect chairs. I requested to re-order the more expensive chairs, but Decofurn refused to assist. They DO NOT CARE about customers who have been shopping there for years. Absolute disgrace how they don't even bother to attend your queries timeously, or with any respect.

I will NVER shop there again!!!
