Decofern disgrace

Very dissatisfied with their service. We ordered a recliner couch online, it stated that the product was in stock and can be collected within 3-5 working days. We never received any feedback from them regarding our order (other than our order was received) so we phoned the store to confirm collection date. We were then told that our order was cancelled due to the product being out of stock. We were never informed that the product was out of stock. They were quick to take our money and now we have to wait three weeks to get our money back. What a disgrace!! Decofern false advertise. I will never support them again.
