Decofern boksburg

Worst service ever we brought mattress there paid in full item was to be delivered on Sunday Sunday morning they called at 9 in the morning to say item will be delivered by 3 in the afternoon item was still not here I called them they said they loading and on there way by 4 I called again to say please insure the item is wrapped it's raining here they insured me not to stress as all their stock gets wrapped at 5.30 the mattress arrives at my house soaking wet never been covered filled with water I rejected the item and called there boss where we got treated like garbage by there drivers that make snotty comments to say o so we drove here for mahala when I actually paid for delivery I spoke to the manager where he assured me this will be corrected the next day was Monday when Monday come the called me back and said they don't have the same item I bought I must now pay an extra R700 for another mattress I said to them it was not mistake and this should be sorted out on their side why should I pay for there mistake the drivers and their store did not wrap the item as they should have now the customer must pay for there mistake how is this right again later I got harassed by the staff at decofern to paid money into there private bank account I refused the next day was Tuesday another manager called me and accured me not to stress they take full responsibility for the mistake and Wednesday morning before 9 I will have a new mattress I thanked him and went on with my day now it's Wednesday again I get sent a message to say it I don't pay R375 they will not deliver an item that was fully paid for on Saturday because they will not deliver unless I pay extra money to them for something they did it's disgusting that decofern boksburg can treat customers like this and we must pay them for mistakes that got made by there drivers how is this fair I would like for someone to explain how they can keep my money and not supply the item that was paid for I have now requested my payment to be returned to me let's see how many days this now takes I will not recommend this company to anyone they are the worst I have ever seen the staff treats you like you *****ing from them when you have actually paid for the item in full and delivery again now we have to wait days later to get my money back from these people it's disgusting very bad service and terrible people
