Deco Furn: ******** and unreasonable business practice and poor customer care

Deco Furn has ****** thousands of its customer's rights enshrined in the Consumer Act. The shop operates behind unreasonable and unjust terms and conditions which they hide on their website. One of their condition is that customers are not allowed to return for refund any furniture that they assemble, even when its not damaged or returned within 10 days as stipulated on the CPA. I bought a table three days ago which I requested to return after 1one day but the Gauteng Assistant Regional Manager and Store Manager refused to refund me. Asked why they do no give customers access to information before purchase, they say their conditions are available on the website, even if you buy from the store. My case was raised with a condescending and rude Assistant Regional Manager who did not care to engage me in a respectful way.
