DECO FURN NORTHRIDING - WORST SERVICE AS 3WEEKS LATER THEY HAVENT REFUNDED ME MONEY AND THE BRANCH MANAGER HAS NO PEOPLE S****S AND CANNOT ASSIST IN ANYTHING!!!!!

I would like to lay a complaint against Deco Furn Northriding. I had a lay bye and I cancelled it and was told that I will have my money within 6 working days. Its been 3weeks now and to date I still don't have my refund.

When I raised this with the branch manager at the northriding branch, he said he will ensure that I have the funds. I have a problem that I must take the initiative to contact him. He doesn't even respond to my emails and I called him last week Friday and he asked me "how is it his problem?", I then responded and said that I am disappointed by the lack of communication from his side as he seems to not have any sense of urgency on the matter.

I even contacted the call centre regarding this matter and reported him and was promised that someone from the HeadOffice will contact me, still I haven't been contacted.

I want my money and will never RECOMMEND Decofurn to anyone as they are quick in taking people's monies but when it comes to paying they wanna hold on to the client's funds
