Damaged goods... TWIVE

I purchased a Gina 3 seater couch cash at Decofurn Somerset West branch. When I opened the packaging the couch was badly damaged. I went back to the store and they agreed to replace it. A week later I received the new one. Again a damaged couch... I made a note on the delivery note and no one has contacted me since then. Very disappointed in their products and service
