Damage Goods / bad deliveries
On my first order, I placed an item came damaged and the delivery vehicle is open truck the boxes where wet !!!!! and to top it off delivery only was done at 8:30 PM
i placed a second order and delivery is happening again. I started an online chat to find out what type of vehicle they using to delivery guess again it an open vehicle !!!!
is this the type of service you giving your customers! !!! if it bad weather you expected to get wet or damage items !!!!! plus if you want information you must call the driver yourself !!!! whats the point if you call the HO they don't know anything !!!!
This is the last time I buy from this store and I will be tell others too ..... They love to make the sale but cant delivery !!!!!!
