Decofurn Kenilworth needs to improve the calibre of staff in their employment. One in particular is a very arrogant boy Ricardo employed there today 17 January 2020 who lacks professionalism and displays the behaviour of a pubescent teen. Normally retail stores customer service is a priority because selling means profit. Ricardo's attitude and manner belongs behind a bar and not in a retail store.
