Customer Rights Infringement

Hi, order number 597065 was delivered to me on August 14th. On the same day I sent request ID 88039 for 1 of the 3 things that order to be collected for a refund because it is too small. Can someone please provide a status update on the collection as it is almost a month since and no one has showed up?
