Customer complain

I bought a bed frame at Decofurn Somerset West and it broke within a year Went to the store to report, emails and telephone calls to follow up and no positive outcome. Every time I call I get the same response, waiting on approval to get a replacement There's a broken bed frame in the middle of the room which is a safety hazard I feel like nobody cares about me as a customer. I've been buying from Decofurn a number of times but this truly left a bitter taste in my mouth. Can someone please help me resolve this problem
