Complain the bad service from MANDY MOORE at DECORFURN Boksburg

Today I was at the Decofurn in boksburg wanting to buy a few I items and when I got there meet a lady by the name MANDY MOORE and I wanted to get assistance after waiting for almost 5 minutes on the sales floor and no staff members. I told I was looking for a coffee table and which one I wanted and she was so cold and with no smile and wellingness to help ok fine and showed a item I also wanted to buy and they were out of stock, But she said we don't have it TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT and asked for options and no wellness to help and she says and by the way you say your name is and didn't care, I was wanted to buy more items then I was done from then and she was so rude asking for my details, asking myself what's wrong with this lady, she doesn't ask if I'm done shopping tells me GO THE AND PAY THERE and I got angry and just to find a young black couple was complain about here, before I pained I asked for the store Manager and told lady at the till and she asked for a manager and told MANDY I want to talk to a manager and wanted to lay a complain, manger FRIKIe he said his name and told I'm unhappy with MANDY he want to the back door where he came from for a while, and tell lady came back gave me a bad look and look the walky talky and rike came back told again what happened he was help but I felt he making a cover up for her, I'm deposited my wife really love this store alot.
