Charging penalty fee for returns

Showing. I returned a painting in the original package,unwrapped, on the day after purchasing it, as it was the wrong size. They only refunded me a week later the amount R 329,.00 instead of R399.00. The explanation received was that I was charged a 'penalty fee' for returning the item! Really! This is absolutely ridiculous! Never buy anything from these ******.
