In 2022 I bought SANDHURST TRAVELLER SUPPORT MATTRESS QUEEN and it was R6000. 8 logged a complaint since it had dips. After countless emails following up I was then contacted by Miche from Contour Beds and she promised to replace the mattress in good faith. I was charged 1900 for 'warranty repairs" and delivery. I was so disappointed when I they delivered a bamboo mattress that is far less in price than Sandhurst that I initially bought. I asked Miche but no response!! I feel ****med and ******
