BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK- THEY DELIVER DAMAGED STOCK AND THEY DONT TAKE IT BACK.

I bought mirrors from Decofurn online. A lady phoned me to arrange a delivery and i asked for an early morning delivery as i needed to leave the house early that day but this never happened. When I phoned them to follow up on my delivery after 15h00 , she told me my order will be delivered before 17h00 even though I asked for a morning delivery. I then asked her to check on the driver since I needed to leave the house and I was already late. She told me she doesn't want to disturb them with their installations. My order was delivered after 18h00 , the guys were in a rush and I also needed to leave for my trip. This happened on Monday evening and when I came back from my trip that weekend, we opened the boxes so we can install the mirrors and we found that 2 mirrors were broken. I then emailed decofurn with confidence thinking that they would exchange the mirrors and I was told about a stupid policy. They don't even attempt to investigate what happened. They just tell you they can't help. Buy from them at your own risk. They use their policy to reap people off.
