BROKEN ITEM
I bought a pedastal at Decofurn Greenstone on the 19/02/2022..I only noticed when i get home that the last draw is loose and the holders on side are not there.i called the store they told me is my problem because i should have check it before i buy it.Not sure if its my duty as a Customer to check that the item is broken or is the store,I dont want refund i want to swop for something else and they are saying they are not going to change it,I ask the lady what must i do with since its broken and she said its my problem

23 Feb 2022, 18:24I haven't heard a word from Decofurn Greenstone.they are not cheap they sell people broken items and they expect you to keep it ,I am not a Carpenter who fixes things I paid for.
