Breach of Contract - Misrepresentation

I earlier complained about Decofurn Factory Shop's breach of contract and I am still waiting for them to honor their obligation to deliver to my mother's house as she doesn't reside in the location/township or farm as Decofurn had thought.

It is dishonest and in fact in contravention of the CPA to promise and agree to one thing and change your position after payment is made.

I am hoping Decofurn has someone who can interpret the CPA for them and advise accordingly instead of the lady who called advising that their courier "a third party" is the one refusing to deliver the goods.

I entered into an agreement with Decofurn and not with their courier.

I am still awaiting Decofurn's response.

This is not only bad service but misrepresentation.
