Boksburg manager

The Boksburg store manager has zero people skills when trying to follow up on our order. He said it would arrive on Thursday afternoon/Friday morning. I phoned yesterday to follow up on this issue and got no call back. I phoned again this morning (Saturday) and the headboard has still not been ordered and now will only arrive next Tuesday. My bases are at the factory but apparently can’t be delivered as they have contracted drivers. I’m not understanding why they can’t be delivered first, and the headboard when it arrives at the store.

The manager has no people skills and blames his sales staff which I find disgusting.
