BOKSBURG BRANCH - bad management

Quality of furniture not bad. Bad manager and overall sales experience at branch is terrible. Been struggling to sort out a refund. They first said they can only cash refund me. Then when I went in, they said its too early in the morning they dont have cash, i will have to come back they will phone me. No one ever phoned. When I went back the manager could not remember that she said they would refund me cash (although I had proof on paper) and said i would have to fill in forms etc etc. Apologised which I accepted. I sent through the forms as requested. Its now 4 days later and no acknowledgement that the mail was received, and still no communication. I am tired of struggling and it seems its more a case of bad management at the BOKSBURG branch than anything else
