Black friday order still not received after 33 days

Placed an order and paid in full on black friday, 29 November at Silverlakes showroom. I called store on 31 December 2019, took my number to call me back. Selby Masemola who was the salesperson called me and asked what I wanted. He could have used the cellphone number to check on the system before calling. He said he would call back. Still has not called back.
