Beyond poor after service

Such extremely poor customer service dont know if their lower prices is worth it at all. Bought a floating shelf and paid for assembly, they left it here with 4 *****s and no installation guide. Despite many many follow up, the answer has been they dont know how to install it and neither do they have instruction guide so sitting with a useless shelf that can not be installed. They even removed me off social media when asking for advise on social media
