Beyond disappointed

I am beyond disappointed with decorfun,it’s been 14 days since we made a purchase with the online store,we have haven’t received our items. We made an immediate payment so the delivery can be quicker but well they have their hidden terms which you only learn of after you have made payment. The delivery dates are said to be 5-9 days for coastal areas,we were well prepared for those terms,the days are counted from date the payment reflects on their side. Payment reflected on their side on the 05th of July 2023, we received no acknowledgement of the payment, we enquired and they informed us that some items on our order are not available in stock and they had to be shipped from Cape Town,😨😨my concern was why would you represent an item as Available whilst you don’t have it in stock,if we knew that such items were not available we wouldn’t have bought it cause it would delay our delivery. Ohh well,they then gave us an invoice dated the 14th of July to “suit” their delivery policy days😮😮😮😡😡😡😡. What sham,I am beyond annoyed with their services,more so that we had to make follow ups with our funds,whilst they just keep on business as usual 😡😡😡. I would never recommend anyone to buy via their online because they misrepresent items😡😡
