Bed service

I have bought a bed in the 30 Aug 2019 in Certurion Decofurn, and is now making unbearable squicky sounds. I call the customer care and I was given an email address to write the complian and attached photos. Anton Venter rep**** and requested for a slip and I forwarded it to him, but since then he is ignoring me.
