Bad warranty. Not the worth the word Warranty.

Warranty and return a big JOKE. After one month sleeper couch broke. Call to return/repair. They sent email to confirm request for EVALUATION....and that is were it ended. Its been 5 week with nothing happening. Somerset Wes branch just keep giving excuses. First someone was ill, then no deliveries so they cant collect, which is nonsens because me myself had a delivery at same adresss in this timeframe. Every time I phone or mail they just give a generic answer but just nothing happens. 😡
