Bad Stinking Service

I bought a bed as advertised and the picture shows the bed with mattress on it. When the goods arrived the mattress is not included, apparently I was supposed to read the fine line that states " buy a mattress/ mattress not included". I cancelled the whole order and it was on the 1st of April even today they haven't collected the stuff and it's sitting at my in-laws and it's making it hard for me because I had to go buy a somewhere else and now I am still paying the debt of something I didn't use. I want them to collect the bed set and the Ottoman. i do not want to do any kind of business with them anymore and I will certainly tell everybody I know on Social Media, friends and family about they bad customer service and the way they treat people. Decorfurn has the most *********** staff, I have ever worked with especially Latetia whom was supposed to collect the good.
