Bad service received from Kenilworth Branc

On the 30th of December I paid in full my lay bye th a I had with Decofurn, to my surprise I was told the factory was closed I must come back in the first week of January to collect my chairs. On my return in January I was told they are out of stock and they were waiting for stock to arrive, after 2 weeks of no call or contact from them, last week of January I took time off work to make sure I have enough time to go back for the 3rd time to collect my chairs and I was told they are still out of stock and they won't give me a date of delivery. I'm very disappointed with the Manger's attitude after I requested to speak to her, she showed no interest whatsoever she wouldn't even commit to giving me a call or tell me when they have stick. They don't seem to care that everytime it go to their store I spend money and the inconvenience of running up and down.
