Bad service / no communication

I was in-store on 21 December 2023 to purchase two items, l then decided to give them a call on 3 January 2024 due to lack of correspondence, only to find out that they only placed my order on the day I made the call to them. Thank God they do not sell perishables otherwise we would have all died of hunger
