Bad Service!!! Manager and salesman having a debacle in front of customers!

Bad Service! Completely unacceptable! I bought a Queen size headboard which was out of stock. I was told by Clive, the salesman that I would get it after 7 days later. 4 weeks later,there's still no communication from them whatsoever. Only to find out that it's sitting in warehouse. The manager; Mr Molefe couldn't meet us half way with delivery or compensate us for the waiting and travelling to them twice to find out what's happening with our order. All he had to offer us was an apology. Not only that, the salesman Clive raises his voice to his manager in front of us when he is told to apologise to us. They had a back and forth right in front of us. Decofurn Amarosa can miss my support, never buying anything from there again. Absolutely unacceptable ❌
