Bad Service in the world sies

I went to the store in Kenilworth on the 07/04/2019 to buy a Headboard, TV Stand and Wardrobe. Was informed my order would be delivered that day but that did not happen and no one called to advise me that the order will not be delivered. Order was only delivered on Wednesday the 10/04/2019 after i had been calling everyday to get the order delivered.I received the in correct wardrobe and till this day no one has come to pick it up and give me what i paid for.The managers who are Jillian and Mark are so useless and do not fulfill they promise of the resolving the issue.
