Bad service for restuffing of couch cushions

My couch cushions were taken for restuffing 3 weeks ago and have not been returned. I have had no couch to sit on for 3 weeks. Every time I call to find out the guy is on leave or they will call back which never happens. I find this unprofessional and unreasonable to wait this long for the cushions to be returned. They don't even respond to emails. This is so frustrating!!
