Bad service

I've brought zuko couches at Decofurn furniture last year and it tears this year I've phoned them around June, they ask for pictures of the sofa I've sent them and they said the will come and fetch the couch for repairs but they didn't I've phoned them again around September they said they were having lot of couch that they were busy repairing they will come and fetch mine still today they didn't...now I'm very agree cause next month is December I will have visitors in the house and my sofa is damage.....
