Bad service

Ordered furniture online, table was delivered scratched as the bubble wrap was damaged. I reported it the same day. 5 weeks later the table is still not replaced. Getting no proper feedback, I'm told it will be replaced, my question is when? I'm also waiting for another order to arrive, nobody answers the phones or sends an update as when goods will be available.
