Bad service

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the poor service I have received regarding my recent order from Decofurn!

Despite repeated follow-ups, the communication from your side has been extremely poor and unhelpful. I have received no clear updates on the status of my delivery, I bought furniture on the 16 of July and they dispatched my order on the 21 of July. It is the 24 of July and have not received my order
