Bad service and communication!

I've been waiting 5 weeks for my order and I have received zero communication on its progress. Every time I call them I just get told that they will call me back and they never do! It's ridiculous! I even went into the store to ask what is happening and I get told that they will check stock and get back to me... um that should of been done weeks ago! The fact that it hasn't been ordered or even moved and that an instore manager can't even follow up a week later is concerning. Decofurn has terrible service and communication skills as a company. I will never buy from them again, I suggest you don't either.
