Bad service and bad managers

I bought furniture on the 11th of August 2020, they promised to deliver but nothing. I personally went there on the 23rd of September 2020 only for them to deliver some of the furniture. Have I not been there I will still be missing most of the furniture.

Today is the 23rd of November I’m still waiting for the remaining furniture. I called them today but the so called manager hung up on me coz I was shouting, please help as I cannot pay for furniture on the 11th of August and still to date I am waiting for it. The reason we buy furniture is because we want to use it.
