Bad Service

I’ve never been so disappointed by a company like this. I placed an order on the 19th of December 2023 up until today I haven’t received my order, when I inquire about my order they keep on say they will get back to me. Today I received a call to go and collect my order which I payed door-to-door delivery, I can’t hire a truck to collect the furniture while I payed R400 for delivery. If DecoFurn can’t deliver to my house, they can cancel the order and pay back my money in full, including the delivery fee they charged me.
