Bad service

Do not ever think of purchasing anything at decofurn,especially the one in silverakes. They are absolutely horrible and have the worst service. I purchased a rug in July,till today in October I haven't received it,zero communication from their side and everytime I call i keep on being told the item hasnt been shipped to the country yet it's on stock and being sold online. I just want my refund,I dont want the rug anymore,I will go buy somewhere else
