Bad Service

I really a bad experience shopping at Decofurn factory shop -Greenstone. The service provided to me was so bad that i wont recommend the shop to anyone nor will i ever shop there. I bought furniture from the shop on the 23rd May 2019 and was told the furniture will be available within seven working days form the day of purchase. I waited for the sms to collect but none was sent to me. i called them to enquire after 7 days and they told me they don't have stock yet but will be delivered in 3 days time, 3 days passed and no updated from them until i called on the 7th June 2019 and said they have stock. Today 11th June 2019 i went to collect the things only to find that they don't have furniture and said i should go collect it from Centurion, at whose expense should those be collected?? The not so caring sales lady's name is Shana.
