Bad service

i bought some items at the store and they told me that the delivery will be on the 28th of November 2018. I waited the whole day no delivery came the next morning which is today i called to find out what is happening as i explained to them that i took off at work because of that delivery they just told me that the driver will contact me when he comes. Even now there is no response and i dont know when is the delivery happening as i am in need of the items.
