bad service

I bought a Desk with Chair. after they said they have stock and paid, they told us in the factory there is no stock. When we wanted to take the other one they did not want to refund my money. They said they will get stock from other branches, I am phoning or 3 days now spoke to 2 different manager and still no one can tell me where is my desk and what is going on. it the worse service I ever got
