Bad service

Disappointed with Decofurns service. I went to the Fourways branch on saturday to purchase the bookshelf unit air modular 5 tier that is on sale for R399. The staff on the floor were not helpful at all and when i eventually got service i was told it was out of stock and the Edenvale branch is the only one that has. I drove out today from Lenasia,showed the sales person the 5 tier one i wanted from the leaflet but was given the 4 tier one instead. I am based in Lenasia, i tried calling the branch once i got home but no answer at all. How does your sale's person just decide whats best for me when this is not what i wanted!!!
