Bad service

I I bought metress on the 6 May 2016 and advise that I Will pick up the next following day. When i arrive they told me it sold out but yesterday they confirmed that the stock is available. I've been waiting for 2 hour now In the store. What bad experience that i receive from shop in Northriding .
