bad service

I ordered a couch at the store in Fourways- I went in to check why no one has called me to arrange for delivery over a week now. I called the store- the person that answered asked alot of questions only to transfer me to someone else and I had to REPEAT everything. honestly- transfer me first!! the person I spoke to- a woman said she will call me back but never did. almost two weeks and they still have not even bothered to call me back. this is terrible service honestly!!
