I ordered a mattress from Decofan through Hello Pizza and was extremely disappointed with the return process. I expected the return to be free or at least low cost, but the fee to return the mattress is way more than I expected.

This wasn’t made clear upfront. I wouldn’t have ordered if I knew I’d be charged this much just to send it back. Really poor experience and misleading terms. Won’t be ordering again. Got it — I added the specific fees from the email. Here are 2 versions you can use:

I bought a mattress from Decofan through Hello Pizza and wanted to return it. I expected the return to be free or cheap, but I was quoted R1400 in fees: R600 collection fee, R200 handling fee, and another R600 for the original delivery fee if I want a refund.

This was not made clear when I ordered. Charging more than R1000 to return a mattress is unreasonable. Very misleading and poor customer experience. Won't buy be buying here
